1. Owner/residents are responsible for costs related to typical clogged drains/toilets where clog is 100 ft or less from the unit walls and can be “snaked”, labor is less than two hours, and costs are less than $250.
2. The HOA is responsible for any drain problems that impact more than one unit.
3. It is recommended that owners/residents call the HOA suggested plumber. The vendor contact information can be found on the LREHOA.COM site or by contacting the Property Management Company. The suggested vendor will determine who is responsible for the costs and automatically contact the Property Management Company if the HOA is responsible for the costs.
4. If the owner/resident decides to use their own vendor, they will be responsible for all costs.
