Los Robles Estates Homeowners Association
Los Robles Estates LRE) is a quiet, gated community located on the boundary of Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks at Lynn Road and Greenmeadow Drive. One hundred and seven (107) Spanish-style condominium units, naturally configured on 17 acres of beautiful turf, shrubs, and trees. When you enter the community, you will not find streets that are long and straight, instead you’ll find lots of rolling mounds and streets curved to match the terrain.
In the community there are units with many configurations, both single story and two-story units and buildings that contain two, three and four units. LRE units are very popular and usually sell quickly when there is a new listing.
All units are close to The Oaks and Janss Mall shopping, golfing at Los Robles Golf Course and right in the heart of Thousand Oaks dining and entertainment. Also close by is the Thousand Oaks Civic Art Plaza, California Lutheran University, the Los Robles Regional Hospital, and several medical centers.
There are three pools available to owners along with two outdoor spas that are heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Also on-site, is an indoor spa that is heated year-round. If you enjoy more vigorous activities, there is a tennis court, two pickle ball courts, and a basketball court to enjoy.
The monthly fees are approximately $660/month, which cover the cost of maintaining the pools, spas, and sports courts, as well as, mowing and trimming all landscaping, and painting all stucco and wood on the outside of the units. The fees also cover replacing roof underlayment. So the monthly fees allow homeowners to sit back and enjoy while everything is being taken care of. Owners need only maintain the inside of the unit and their two patio areas.
Living in a condominium community certainly has lots of advantages, but it does require owners and residents to follow certain rules. For example, there are rules and restrictions on pets, parking, renting, and making structural changes to the unit. When you purchase a unit in our community, following the rules is not optional.
